The only difference between Distance Reiki and In-Person Reiki is the end of a session. During an in-person session, I would spend the last 5 minutes of the session performing “Ketsueki Kokan Ho", which is a Japanese therapeutic practice which involves light strokes along the sides of your body and tapping motions to stimulate blood flow and promote detoxification. Outside of that, Distance Reiki is just as effective as In-Person Reiki.
